I'm not entirely sure if she was initiated by Kirpal Singh - I've heard nothing back from my communication with her. But from the photos on her website it seems like she might've been.

Radhasoami Tarn Taran (and defectors)

For purposes of lineage, Sadhu Singh is listed here although he departed Taran Taran.... from David C. Lane we have:

Back in the 1980s when I was intensely going through various guru lineages connected with Shiv Dayal Singh from Agra, I got the chance to come across a fairly obscure (at leas to Westerners) lineage which was once connected to Tarn Taran.

The story goes like this (according to this lineage, so let's not get jumpy quite yet):

 1. Jaimal Singh appointed two gurus: Bagga Singh (apparently during his lifetime) and Sawan Singh.

 2. Bagga Singh was centered at Tarn Taran, and according to their own narrative he was initiating on Jaimal's behalf even when Jaimal was still alive.

 3. After Bagga's death he appointed Deva Singh who also received the backing from Sawan Singh (see WITH THE THREE MASTERS about this episode).

 4. When Deva Singh died, apparently there was some sort of politically infighting. According to the Firozpur lineage, Sadhu Singh was appointed and they claim even received a turban from Charan to this effect..... However, Partap Singh and his faction objected, so eventually Sadhu Singh departed from Tarn Taran and eventually set up camp in Firozpur....

Sadhu Singh appointed Teja Singh shortly before his death in 1975. This Teja Singh is now the current guru of this center.

Teja Singh has made several trips to America.... but usually only Indians and a few Westerners find out about it.

NOW, I am not absolutely sure this is the same lineage, but my gut tells me this is the same cat.

P.s. My info is sketchy so I would double check eveything.
